Authentication with Kerberos fails when you attempt to connect with the Outlook Client over an SSL tunnel.
To resolve this authentication failure, configure the Outlook Client to use NTLM instead of Kerberos. Most Exchange servers use Kerberos as the default authentication method, and in most cases your Outlook client will use Kerberos unless specifically configured to use NTLM.To configure the authentication method on a Windows system: Open Control Panel. Select Mail.Double-click Account Settings.Select your email account and click Change.Select the Security tab. From the Logon network security drop-down menu, select Password Authentication (NTLM).
