Issue

Instagram has recently changed their privacy and security policies. As a result of these changes, the Instagram plug-in cannot authenticate captive portal logins, and guest users that attempt to log in with their Instagram credentials will receive an error.For more information, see Impact of Instagram privacy and security changes on WatchGuard Cloud.

Workaround/Solution

Upgrade to a version of iOS higher than 11.2.1, or use a different social media authentication method.
