Issue
For Firebox Cloud BYOL devices activated before 17 July 2019, the Firebox feature key did not include a license for DNSWatch. DNSWatch was added to the feature key for these devices on the WatchGuard website after that date.Automatic feature key synchronization does not automatically download the updated feature key because the current feature key is not close to expiration.
Workaround/Solution
To update the feature key on your Firebox Cloud instance, use one of these methods to manually synchronize the feature key. To synchronize the feature key from Fireware Web UI, select System > Feature Key > Get Feature Key.To synchronize the feature key from Firebox System Manager, select Tools > Synchronize Feature Key.
