If you install the DNSWatchGO Client on a non-English Windows OS, some characters that are outside the US-ASCII character set do not display correctly. The client may replace those characters with random US-ASCII characters.
You can correct this issue with a configuration change to your Windows operating system: 1. In Settings, open Time & Language > Language > Administrative language settings. 2. Open Change system locale… 3. Select the check box: Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support. Note The path to this configuration option is presented in English, and will vary by OS language.
