Description:
Issue
AuthPoint users do not receive push notifications when they try to authenticate. This issue is intermittent and affected users can successfully authenticate with push some of the time. For failed push notifications, the audit log messages in WatchGuard Cloud show the error code 201.045.016 (the push was not received by any device). This issue occurs when the Apple and Google push notifications services fail to deliver push notification requests.
Workaround/Solution
Download and install v1.13.0 or higher of the AuthPoint mobile app. If the issue persists, you can edit the authentication policy for your protected resources to enable users to authenticate with a QR code or a one-time password (OTP).
