Description:
Issue
WatchGuard Cloud includes user interface (UI) walkthroughs that introduce product features and show you how to navigate the UI. We use a third-party tool from Appcues to build these walkthroughs.If you are protected by a Firebox with an HTTPS-proxy that has content inspection enabled, the Appcues walkthroughs do not start correctly. This issue does not occur when content inspection is not enabled.
Workaround/Solution
In the HTTPS proxy action used by the HTTPS-proxy policy, in the Content Inspection section, add an exception to allow traffic for the domain *.appcues.net.For more information, see the Manage Content Inspection Exceptions section of the HTTPS-Proxy: Content Inspection article in Help Center.
