AuthPoint
v3.0.0
In environments where Windows computers are controlled by Azure AD, user accounts might become prematurely locked after users enter an incorrect password for the Azure domain in the AuthPoint Logon app. This occurs because the Logon app does not know which domain to use and must make multiple authentication attempts each time the user logs in. If the password is incorrect, this causes the account lockout threshold to be met. This issue can affect AuthPoint implementations that integrate with either Active Directory or other LDAP databases.
Download and install the Logon app (AuthPoint agent for Windows) v3.0.0 or higher.
