Description:
Issue
Connect to a Firebox with active VPNs in Policy Manager or Fireware Web UI.Run diagnostic reports: FSM: Tools > Diagnostic Tasks > VPNWebUI: System Status > VPN Statistics > Debug > VPN Diagnostic Report The report runs and then shows the error "The report is empty, the internal state is done".
Workaround/Solution
Reduce the value in the Duration text box to 15 or 10 seconds. If you need VPN diagnostics for a longer period of time, you can increase the log level of the IKE process to Debug to collect the same data. When Debug logging is enabled, filter Traffic Monitor by the VPN tunnel name or remote gateway IP address. You can also find the IPSEC SA information that is displayed by the VPN diagnostics in the support.TGZ file under \support\ike_diags\.
