Description:
Issue
The logging connection that uploads network events to the TDR cloud servers is deprecated in Fireware v12.9. The WatchGuard Cloud logging connection now uploads network indicators to TDR and WatchGuard Cloud.If Threat Detection is enabled, Fireware Web UI shows the status of "Not Connected", regardless of whether WatchGuard Cloud is enabled.
Workaround/Solution
You can ignore the Threat Detection connection indicator in Fireware Web UI.If you have deployed TDR Host Sensors, to send network indicator data to TDR cloud servers, enable WatchGuard Cloud on all perimeter firewalls.
