On 4 February 2023, we are performing device database maintenance on WatchGuard Cloud. The maintenance window is approximately 1 hour. We expect service interruption to be less than 30 minutes in each region.APAC - Starts 3 February 2023 at 16:00 UTCEMEA - Starts 3 February 2023 at 23:00 UTCAMER - Starts 4 February 2023 at 03:00 UTC
During the maintenance window, you might see errors in Device Status tiles on the dashboards, and you might be unable to manage devices or schedule new reports. This is expected and should last for less than 30 minutes. When an error is encountered, we recommend that you return to WatchGuard Cloud in 30 minutes to try again. These errors are possible during the maintenance window: The dashboard opens but shows an error "Could not load device status data". On the Monitor -> Devices page, the Device Status tile show "No data available".On the Configure -> Devices page, an existing device shows the error, "Error calling device-query-mw" and "Could not load device info data".When you attempt to add a device, there is the error, "Unable to retrieve Firebox". Return to WatchGuard Cloud later to add the device. You can create a scheduled report, but it cannot run successfully. Return to WatchGuard Cloud later to run the report. You can see Fireboxes in Device Manager, but you cannot select them (error calling device-query-mw: 500...).You cannot upgrade firmware. Return to WatchGuard Cloud later to upgrade firmware.Firebox reports are available for single devices but not for FireClusters. Return to WatchGuard Cloud later to view FireCluster reports.
