Affected releases:

Fixed releases:

Description:

Issue

Beginning 24 February 2023, the TDR cloud servers are experiencing a delay in responding to heartbeat signals from installed TDR Host Sensors. This delay has resulted in an increased number of Host Sensors connecting and disconnecting with some Host Sensors unable to reconnect for several minutes or hours. If you are in the process of upgrading to EDR Core, some Host Sensors will not be upgraded. A persistent connection to the cloud is required to successfully upgrade Host Sensors.

Workaround/Solution

If you have several Host Sensors that are disconnected, we recommend you delay the migration to EDR Core, or you can manually install the EDR Core agent in WatchGuard Cloud from Configure > Endpoints. The TDR development team is working on a solution and will deploy it to the cloud as soon as possible. For more information about EDR Core, go to About EDR Core in Help Center.
