Issue
In WatchGuard Cloud, when you start the Administration > TDR to WatchGuard Endpoint Security wizard, Host Sensors installed on macOS devices automatically try to install TDR Host Sensor v6.0.5.9812. This results in an upgrade loop between WatchGuard Endpoint Security and the TDR Host Sensor.Affected systems appear online and several upgrade attempts are visible in the Sensor History. Any attempt to upgrade to Host Sensor v6.0.5 with a minor version number greater than 6.0.5.9812 shows as an attempt to upgrade to WatchGuard Endpoint Security.
Workaround/Solution
Manually remove the TDR Host Sensor from macOS endpoints and install the WatchGuard Endpoint Agent. For more information, go to Uninstall TDR Host Sensors and Install the Endpoint Security Software in Help Center.
