Description:
Issue
In accounts with a WatchGuard Endpoint Security license and a Firebox Total Security Suite license, the WatchGuard Cloud dashboard tiles can show a mixture of statistics for WatchGuard EPP, EDR, EPDR, Advanced EPDR, and EDR Core. Dashboard tiles that show only EDR Core data are empty. You cannot have EDR Core data and WatchGuard EPP, EDR, EPDR, or Advanced EPDR data in the same account.
Workaround/Solution
Dashboards and statistics in the Endpoint Security management UI are not affected. For accurate endpoint information, select Monitor > Endpoints.
