Description:
Issue
After you upgrade a Firebox to Fireware v12.7.1, users might not see secondary authentication servers in the Authentication Servers drop-down list on the Fireware Web UI Login page. Only Firebox-DB is available in the drop-down list.
Workaround/Solution
In WSM, select Setup > Authentication > Authentication Settings. The Authentication Settings dialog box opens.From the Default authentication server used to log in to Fireware Web UI drop-down list, select a different default authentication server.Save the configuration.In the Authentication Settings dialog box, from the Default authentication server used to log in to Fireware Web UI drop-down list, select the preferred default authentication server.Save the configuration. The Web UI Login page now shows all available authentication servers.
