Issue

The connection verification process between the WatchGuard Authentication Gateway (SSO Agent) and a Firebox that runs Fireware v12.7 might fail when the service is installed on a server configured for a locale that uses non-ASCII characters (such as Greek). The issue occurs during the translation of AM/PM abbreviations. To confirm the issue, check the SSO Agent log at C:\Program Files (x86)\WatchGuard\WatchGuard Authentication Gateway\wagsrvc.log Log sample: Non-ASCII - Connected to the WatchGuard Authentication Gateway SSO agent.
