When a Mac computer with the AuthPoint agent for macOS is locked, after the user authenticates and unlocks the computer from the Lock page, Siri does not work. This issue occurs intermittently, and only when the computer is left idle and locks automatically. The issue does not occur when a user logs out. This issue affects the AuthPoint agent for macOS v1.11.0.92.
To restore Siri, log out and then log in to the computer again. You can also restart the computer.
