Issue
Fireware v12.8.1 no longer allows a configuration to be saved with an incomplete SD-WAN action. If you try to save a configuration that contains an SD-WAN action that has no interfaces selected, you see this error: "Element 'members': Missing child elements(s). Expected is (member)"
Workaround/Solution
Review all configured SD-WAN actions and delete any SD-WAN action that contains no interfaces.
