After you install the Logon app, when you try to authenticate you see an error message that says "Configuration is not valid. Contact your AuthPoint administrator." This issue occurs when the Logon app configuration file does not exist in the c:\Windows\System32 folder. This might happen if you run the Logon app installer without the configuration file, or if the Logon app or the OS cannot copy the configuration file during the installation.
This issue has been resolved in the AuthPoint agent for Windows v2.8.To resolve this issue if you cannot download and install the latest version of the agent for Windows, you must download the Logon app configuration file (wlconfig.cfg) from the Downloads page in the AuthPoint management UI and copy the configuration file to c:\Windows\System32.
