Description:
Issue
When you upgrade a Firebox Cloud device in Azure or AWS to Fireware v12.8, SSH keys for CLI access break. When you try to connect to the CLI, you receive an error.
Workaround/Solution
There is currently no workaround for this issue. You can still manage the device with Fireware Web UI or Policy Manager, but cannot configure any features that require CLI access.
