Description:
Issue
Authentication fails for FireClusters that run Fireware v12.8 that use the AuthPoint authentication server. When authentication fails, you see these Firebox log messages: failed to find daas public keyfailed to build json transactionfailed to add session info into transaction arrayready to end authentication session with error code 36
Workaround/Solution
Power off the backup master cluster member.Restart the cluster master.Authenticate to the cluster master to test AuthPoint MFA.If you can successfully authenticate, power on the backup master cluster member.
