Issue
Update: On 14 April 2022, WatchGuard released a fix that resolves this issue going forward. If you have already encountered this issue and continue to do so, please contact Support for assistance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- WatchGuard development has identified a problem merging Firebox Templates with cloud-managed Fireboxes that have Mobile VPN with IKEv2 enabled in the device configuration. Devices affected by this issue will experience one of the following symptoms: The bottom banner in WatchGuard Cloud states "You have undeployed saved changes. Schedule Deployment" after a deployment was successfully deployed.All features will appear disabled and Firewall policies will be missing from the Device Configuration page.A failed deployment message "Transduction for deployment deployment_XXX failed. transducer_error:'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'" when you try to revert to a previous configuration.
Workaround/Solution
There is no workaround at this time. We ask that administrators do not make any configuration changes to the affected devices. Any attempt to push a new configuration change, assign a new template, revert the configuration, or remove\re-add the device to WatchGuard Cloud could damage the cloud configuration in an irreparable way.
