WatchGuard development has identified a bug that prevents the WatchGuard Cloud interface from correctly displaying Firebox-DB users and groups used in Firewall policies. When you try to add a Firebox-DB user or group to the To: field of a policy, no Firebox-DB users or groups are listed for selection.Existing policies that use Firebox-DB users or groups still function, but the WatchGuard Cloud interface displays an objectID instead of the user or group name. The format of these objectIDs looks like "fbusr_310814_12345678XXXXXXXXX" or "fbgrp_310814_12345678XXXXXXXXX".
Firebox-DB users and groups display correctly when added to aliases. As a workaround, create an alias and add the Firebox-DB user or group. Firewall policies can then be made with this alias.
