Description:
Issue
APs that run AP firmware v8.9 or higher, and have an SSID with a Captive Portal or NAT enabled, might fail to forward DNS replies to clients that associate to the SSID.
Workaround/Solution
This issue is resolved in Wi-Fi Cloud v11.0 released on 17 December 2021No workaround exists at this time. The only resolution is to downgrade the AP firmware. If you reboot the AP and make changes to the SSID, the issue might resolve temporarily, but the behavior will reoccur after a period of time.
