Description:

Issue

APs managed by the Gateway Wireless Controller or Wi-Fi Cloud (AP120, AP125, AP225W, AP320, AP325, AP327X, AP420) might reboot if there are excessive ARP scans being executed on the network. For example, you might have devices on your network that run scheduled scans that create a large number of ARP requests.

Workaround/Solution

To work around this issue, try to reduce the scope of the ARP scans from the source device.
