Description:

Issue

If you enable a Captive Portal for an SSID in WatchGuard Cloud, and the reserved IP address range you select conflicts with the IP address obtained by the access point from DHCP, you will be unable to ping or SSH to the access point.

Workaround/Solution

Change the Reserved IP Address Range in the Captive Portal configuration to a different range that does not conflict with your access point IP address (assigned by DHCP or a static IP address).
