Issue
Your Firebox Cloud instance in AWS may not recognize the feature key after a Fireware upgrade.You may see a LIVESECURITY error similar to the following:A valid LIVESECURITY feature key is required in order to perform the OS upgrade.
Workaround/Solution
To work around this issue, follow these steps: Stop the instance and remove the ETH1 interface.Start the instance.Stop the instance and re-add the ETH1 interface.Start the instance.
