Issue
If you have configured Firebox integration with ConnectWise, the feature key data for the Firebox might not synchronize correctly. This log message appears during the device configuration synchronization: cwagent.core unable to synchronize device information for Firebox: request to "*.connectwise.com:443" failed: request-url= status-code=400, response-text={ "code": "InvalidObject", "message": "configuration object is invalid", "errors": [ { "code": "InvalidField", "message": "The answer must be with a maximum length of 1000", "resource": "configuration", "field": "questions/17/answer" } ] }
