Issue

WatchGuard Cloud reports fail to generate when viewed in Chromium-based browsers with the browser language set to Latin American Spanish.When you try to view WatchGuard Cloud reports, no data appears and you see this error message at the bottom of the page: No fue posible obtener los datos de la cuadrícula. Comuníquese con su administrator.

Workaround/Solution

Chromium-based browsers use countries to help set the browser language. If the language setting in your browser includes the name of a Latin American country, such as Spanish (Mexico) - español (México), the browser language is set to Latin American Spanish.To prevent this error, set your browser language setting to Spanish - (español).For information on where and how to change the language settings in Chrome, go to https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/173424.
