Issue

In WatchGuard Cloud, you cannot download a diagnostic snapshot file for a cloud-managed FireCluster on the Monitor > Live Status > Diagnostic Tools page.

Workaround/Solution

Upgrade the FireCluster to Fireware v12.8.2 or higher.
