IPSec VPN tunnel configuration does not retain uploaded certificate

Description:

Issue

When you configure a VPN with IPSec tunnel interface in Wi-Fi Cloud, the uploaded certificate is not correctly saved when you save the configuration. This issue only occurs on specific accounts and servers in the US region.

Workaround/Solution

There is no workaround at this time. This issue must be resolved on a per-account basis by contacting WatchGuard Technical Support.
