Description:
Issue
In some cases, a new AP325, AP327X, or AP420 does not respond to attempts to pair the AP with a Gateway Wireless Controller on a Firebox.
Workaround/Solution
Some new AP device models are shipped with a firmware image that is not compatible with the Gateway Wireless Controller. You must contact WatchGuard technical support for assistance to download and install the correct firmware image on the AP.
