Issue

For cloud-managed Fireboxes, because Apply Firewall Policies for Intra VLAN Traffic is not set on external interfaces of the type VLAN, traffic to the Internet from mobile VPN (except Mobile VPN with SSL) fails.

Workaround/Solution

There are two workarounds for this issue: Use Mobile VPN with SSL.If possible, remove the VLAN on the External interface.
