Description:

Issue

In WatchGuard Cloud, on the Administration > Account Groups page, an issues exists when the Owner operator moves a Subscriber account out of a group and then deletes the group. Help Desk and Auditor operators who previously had access to the group can no longer see the Subscriber account. The Owner operator must manually select the Subscriber account to give the operators access.

Workaround/Solution

This is a known issue that will be resolved in a future release of WatchGuard Cloud.
