Description:
Issue
An interface configuration settings file downloaded from WatchGuard Cloud (ip_rapid.csv) cannot be read from the USB drive if the file uses the default encoding. The rapid_ip.err.[serial-number] file written to the USB drive contains the error message: "No matching entry found in the config file".
Workaround/Solution
Open the downloaded configuration settings file in a text editor and resave it with ANSI encoding instead of UTF-8. Reconnect the USB drive to the Firebox and reboot.
