Issue

Answers to configuration questions are not populated after you integrate the Firebox with ConnectWise.

Workaround/Solution

From ConnectWise Manage > Setup Tables > Configuration List, remove the WatchGuard Security Appliance configuration type (if listed). Note: You might need to remove any Firebox configurations linked to this configuration type before you can remove it. From the ConnectWise Marketplace/Partner Exchange, search for Watchguard Security Appliance.Import the Watchguard Security Appliance - Nov 4, 2020; Version: v2020.3 (75404) configuration type.Reconfigure ConnectWise settings on the Firebox. To troubleshoot further, check cwagent logs on the Firebox.
