Description:

Issue

When you activate a trade-up of an existing cloud-managed Firebox to a new Firebox, the old Firebox is automatically removed from WatchGuard Cloud and from the list of activated devices in the Partner Portal. If the old device was allocated to a Subscriber account and you configured AuthPoint integrations with the Firebox, those authentications will fail after you activate the new trade-up device.Because the old Firebox is not available in WatchGuard Cloud after the trade-up activation, you cannot copy the old Firebox configuration to the new device. For more information about trade ups, go to: How do I activate a trade-up product? What happens to my old product when I activate a trade up product?
