I cannot delete or activate tokens on the Users page in AuthPoint

Issue

On 26 October 2023, an update to WatchGuard Cloud impacted the ability of operators to perform some token management actions on the Users page in the AuthPoint management UI, such as: You cannot delete software tokens.You cannot activate an assigned hardware token.You cannot unassign a hardware token. When you attempt to perform one of these actions, the UI does not respond and nothing happens. Other token management actions are not affected. You can still add new tokens, block tokens, and unblock tokens. WatchGuard will release a fix for this issue on 2 November 2023.

Workaround/Solution

To delete a software token, ask the end-user to delete the token in the AuthPoint mobile app. We recommend that you then block the token in AuthPoint and delete it from the Users page when this issue is resolved. If you need to activate or assign a hardware token, you can do this from the Tokens page in the AuthPoint management UI. For more information, see Hardware Tokens.
