Issue
After you upgrade a Firebox M440 device to Fireware v12.10, the device is unavailable and you cannot connect to it.
Workaround/Solution
Reset the device to factory default settings.Use the Quick Setup Wizard to downgrade the device to Fireware v12.9.4.
