Description:
Issue
When you connect to a Firebox with Firebox System Manager v12.10.1, you see a warning message with the text "An error occurred while refreshing 'Front Panel': java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string:", followed by a date. This error is caused by invalid data in the mobile VPN user authentication data returned by the Firebox. It does not impact a user's ability to authenticate to the mobile VPN or get access to VPN resources.
Workaround/Solution
There is no workaround at this time. The error message only appears on the Front Panel or Authenticated Users tabs in FSM. To prevent future warnings, reduce the polling interval or pause FSM.
