Description:
Issue
After you upgrade a Firebox to Fireware v12.10.1 Build 688941, the version and status information in WatchGuard Cloud might still show the pre-upgrade Firmware version. A defect in Fireware v12.10.1 Build 688941 prevents the Firebox from updating WatchGuard Cloud with device status and information. In response to this defect, WatchGuard has removed Fireware v12.10.1 from distribution. Other symptoms of this issue include, but are not limited to:• Incorrect Fireware version displayed in WatchGuard Cloud• Users unable to authenticate to the Firebox or mobile user VPN using the AuthPoint authentication server.
Workaround/Solution
No workaround exists at this time. WatchGuard will re-release Fireware v12.10.1 with a fix as soon as it is available.
