Issue

When you create a scheduled report in WatchGuard Cloud to be delivered on the 1st of the month, the report delivery might be delayed because of the high volume of reports that WatchGuard Cloud generates on this day.

Workaround/Solution

The time required to generate and send a report depends on the number of selected devices, the type of selected reports, and the position of the request in the processing queue. For more information on scheduled reports, go to Schedule WatchGuard Cloud Reports in Help Center.
