Description:

Issue

On new manufactured AP430CR devices starting with hardware revision M, the LAN port 2 is discontinued and removed from the device. After the device is added to WatchGuard Cloud, the access point is unable to receive a new configuration deployment from WatchGuard Cloud. You might see one of these error messages in the WatchGuard Cloud UI during a configuration deployment: “Failed to communicate with TWE daemon”“Error applying full config 504 Reload timeout”“Reload timeout”"Cannot deploy the configuration because the transaction is interrupted"

Workaround/Solution

This issue is resolved in access point firmware update v2.2.22-0.B691305. If you are unable to update the access point firmware from WatchGuard Cloud, you can download the firmware from software.watchguard.com and install the update from the access point local Web UI or command line interface (CLI).
