Description:

Issue

The country of operation for the access point might not be correctly updated if an access point site configuration is applied to a device and the device has not yet had an initial device configuration deployed from WatchGuard Cloud. You might receive the error message: "INVALID VALUE OF ARGUMENTS:CHANNEL_CONFIG_LIST"

Workaround/Solution

This issue is resolved in access point firmware v2.0.28 and higher. If you received a brand new access point with a lower firmware version preinstalled, you can workaround this issue until you can upgrade the firmware of the access point: Log in to WatchGuard CloudSelect Configure > Devices.Select the access point.Select Device Configuration.Select the 5 GHz radio settingsYou might see the following message: Country of Operation: [Country] UpdatedThe previously saved radio settings are not compatible with the regulations of the current country of operation. You must save the updated configuration to continue. Click Save.Deploy the configuration.
