Description:

Issue

When you delete a tier-2 subscriber account that is assigned to a Service Provider level ThreatSync automation policy, the automation policy fails to load. If you try to modify or view automation policy details, you will see a spinning progress indicator that spins indefinitely: Note: Existing ThreatSync automation policies continue to function for incidents created for all other managed accounts.

Workaround/Solution

Before you delete a tier-2 subscriber account in WatchGuard Cloud, review your Service Provider ThreatSync automation policy templates and manually remove the account from the templates first. If you have a ThreatSync automation policy template that fails to load, contact WatchGuard Technical Support.
