ThreatSync automation policy templates assigned to account groups other than All Accounts do not update when changes are made to the account groups. Service Providers that move tier-2 subscriber accounts in or out of existing account groups will see these behaviors: When you add a new tier-2 subscriber account to an account group assigned to an existing ThreatSync automation policy template, the new account is not added to the ThreatSync automation policy template. When you remove a tier-2 subscriber account from an account group assigned to an existing ThreatSync automation policy template, the removed account causes the template to fail to load. Users attempting to to modify or view the contents of the automation policy will see a spinning progress indicator that will spin indefinitely. For more information, go to ThreatSync automation policy templates fail to load after deleting subscriber accounts. Note: Existing ThreatSync automation policies continue to function for incidents created for all other managed accounts.
Before you move tier-2 subscriber accounts in or out of account groups, remove all references to account groups within your existing ThreatSync automation policy templates. After all account group changes are complete, re-add the account groups to the ThreatSync automation policy templates. If you have a ThreatSync automation policy template that fails to load, contact WatchGuard Technical Support.
