Description:
Issue
The WatchGuard Cloud release on 11 January 2024 added support for a number of new WebBlocker categories and subcategories on cloud-managed Fireboxes. WebBlocker successfully detects sites in these new categories and subcategories and performs the action specified in the configuration on all devices. However, for devices that run Fireware v12.10.1 and lower, the new categories show in reports as Unrecognized and in log messages as cats=Unrecognized.
