On the Firebox T45-CW, the SIM card might not be correctly secured inside the tray when you insert the tray into the SIM card slot on the Firebox. This can result in SIM card errors when you attempt to configure the connection and connect to the cellular network.
To correctly install a SIM card to enable a cellular connection as an external interface on the Firebox T45-CW: Power off the Firebox.Insert a SIM card tool or paper clip into the hole on the SIM card tray to eject the tray. Insert an activated Nano SIM card into the SIM card tray. Align the direction and the placement of the diagonal edge of the SIM card and make sure the SIM card is secured firmly in the tray. Carefully insert the SIM card tray into the Firebox. Make sure the SIM card stays secured in the tray as you insert the tray into the Firebox. If the SIM card becomes dislodged as you insert the tray, remove the tray, secure the SIM card in the tray, and re-insert the tray. Power on the Firebox.
