When you allocate a Firebox or Access Point from your Service Provider account to a delegated account, the device does not register and shows as Never Connected in WatchGuard Cloud. You might see a log message with the text: Error 500 during registration: Internal Server Error
Log in to the delegated account.Select Administration > Trials and start a trial in the account.Add the device to the delegated account. It should register correctly.
