Issue

Japanese characters are not decoded and displayed correctly by WatchGuard Cloud when entered in a captive portal splash page web form.

Workaround/Solution

This issue is resolved in the WatchGuard Cloud 2/15/2024 release. You must restore the default branding settings and reconfigure the splash page web form for this change to take effect.
