Issue
A new version of Panda Systems Management with a rebuilt user interface will be available on 15 February 2024. This version includes improved searches, new dashboards, and more. The rollout period is scheduled from 13 February 2024 to 15 February 2024. During this time, agent connectivity might be lost. You could encounter any of these issues: No access to the Systems Management user interface.Agents stay in gray status and connectivity is inconsistent.New installations fail.Remote control is unavailable or availability is inconsistent.Immediate and scheduled jobs fail.False alerts occur or no alerts are received.
Workaround/Solution
Connectivity issues will resolve on their own. Rollout of the updated Systems Management version will complete on 15 February 2024. For information on the features in the upgrade, review the Panda Systems Management Release Notes.
